Hey Shady
Good to
hear from you. We are currently in FL. Not sure you got my last
message sent from my Droid - still learning.
Ms Priss (aka The Princess) is doing just great. I have to tell you,
I have not had a smarter and more happy dog in my lifetime as Sori.
she is terrific and Patti and I could not be happier (see attached
pics).
The first is of her doing here search dog agility stuff. she had to
climb the ladder, walk across the plank 8 ft above the ground, stop &
turn on command, return to the ladder, then climb down the ladder -
and that was not the toughest she had to do.
the next is enjoying her favorite pass time - swimming in our pool in
FL.
We did do just a little sheep herding exercise with a trainer down in
Gilroy. Man talk about being hard wired for something. You could
just see the change come over her face when she got in the pen. She
certainly has the genes.
I will spread the word on the pups.
As I said - we could not be happier with my little girl - nor she with
us.

The pup is getting big fast! His name
is 'Charlie' now, and the family loves him |
Hi Shady!
Here is a picture of "Shady". That's her chosen name! I just really
liked your name and it fit so well because of the shades of brown on
her. She is now your namesake!
I will send pictures as she gets bigger. She was amazing in the car and
only woke up once during the middle of the night. She knows to pee on
the grass and she's poo'd twice! She is a HUGE bundle of energy but we
just love her. Absolutely love her! It was really hard for me to get
over our Moe missing but Shady just filled that big hole and I'm really
thankful.
It was great to meet you and we'll keep in touch.
Peace to you and yours,
Valerie
(and Shady too)

Hi
Shady,
just a quick note to say hello and wish you and your's a happy holiday
season.
Patti calls her "Pig Pen" - see attached.
I swear Sori is laughing at us in the photo.
We did a little introduction to herding with her this year. It is
definitely hard wired in her. Thought she'd have a heart attack running
circles around the sheep. She is still working on dead people, but not so
much historical as cadaver.
Sori has traveled across county about 6 times and is an excellent
traveler. Patti and I bought a second home in the country outside Auburn,
AL. I created a dog training field almost the size of a football filed
behind our house. Quite the adventure last year. Patti wanted a
Schutzhund training field - so now she has one.
Sorcha is quite the water baby and holds her own in the swim races. Each
dog swam over a mile a day while we were in FL - see photo
No, she is not spoiled, but when she wants to rest from swimming she does
have a fav spot. see photo
Anyhow, thought you'd enjoy the pic or two of your grandbaby. She is one
HAPPY pup! - and very loved.
hugs

Hi, my name is
Lisa and my husband and I were blessed to
"adopt" on of your puppies from your Dec 7, 2008
litter.
An older
Hispanic couple (that's what she told me to
tell you to "trigger" your memory) :) took one
of your males, "the biggest" one she said.
Ruth is the ladies name.
Her and her
husband need to find a home for their dog as
they were moving into a retirement home and
could not take him. I'm fortunate enough to
know Ruth and after she showed him to me...i
fell in love, talk w/ my husband and brought
him home June of 09'.
"Leo" is his
name and we adore him. He is the smartest most
loving dog ever...and the best thing is...he
goes running with me and to work everyday with
daddy.
All of this to
ask you if you are still breeding and if so,
will you be having puppies soon? We are
pondering the idea of getting a female for Leo
to play with and would love it to come from
the same blood line as his demeanor is
fabulous!
Thank you for
your time and look forward to
hearing from
you.

Hi Shady,
We love our puppy! He is a joy! You & your family did a great job with
him. He cried a little when we left your house yesterday & then fell
asleep. Once we got him home & out of the crate he was nervous but the
house he quickly adjusted. Bob & I haven’t named him yet. The puppy
was very sociable with our neighbors/ friends next door & our son & his
fiancée are crazy over the puppy. The potty training is going very well
& he slept through the night! The crate door stays open & was all
night. The crate is set up in our large kitchen with a baby pen around
it. We closed the pen before we went to bed but the crate door stays
open. The pen door was only closed during the night. He is now at my
feet on the run chewing happily a spiral bully stick.
All is well here & we are all very happy!
Thanks for everything! We’ll stay in touch & send photos soon.

Hi Shady!
It's Cortney Nicol. We adopted a female border collie puppy from you
last weekend and I just wanted to let you know that she is doing great!
She is the best puppy we could have ever asked for and she is sooooo
smart. She already plays fetch, tries to play frisbee, walks well on a
leash, is almost potty trained, sleeps quietly through the night in her
cage without going to the bathroom at all, sits on command and is almost
staying on command. She is just so smart. We take her everywhere. She
went to the beach last weekend and to the dog park. She loved both.
She goes on many walks a day and just loves her cats :).
I did have a question for you. Can you please email me a copy of her
shot records for our vet. I have an apt for her to get her 3rd shots on
Monday and they needed her records. We also signed her up for puppy
classes at Petsmart and they also wanted the records. So if you could
do that we would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks again for a wonderful pup!
