	Thanks to Amber and Jessica Congratulations Up Date 10/2010 This is a long time coming, but I thought you might like to pass on an update to Gherti's previous owners about how she is doing...she's doing fantastic! We love her. We lived in Davis for a couple years and our life was hectic and busy, but she got a lot of TLC. We just recently moved to Oakland so that I could be closer to work in SF. Gherti came with us of course and is boarded at a really nice place up in the Oakland Hills. She is the favorite at the barn already and seems to be settling in just fine. I had no idea how in love I could be with a horse. I've never experienced this before, so I am grateful to whoever raised her to be so sweet and hope you can pass on the thanks for me. Best, Amber
	Monty is a QUARTER/SHIRE cross that will get you noticed everywhere you go! update I just wanted to give you an update on Monty! All is well that ends well! Monty is going down to Santa Rosa Equestrien Center to be trained under Dave Donley. He is an international competitor and trainer of Dressage. My grandaughter left the unethical barn and started taking dressage lessons instead of jumping lessons. After two months of lessons with Dave, she wanted to bring Monty down for Dave to assess him. Dave, her trainer, absolutely loved Monty and said he was a great horse! I always knew he was! This is very exciting for me, as Monty has done very little for the last eight months. He has been in my barn getting fat and lazy! We did not ride him because I didn't want to runin him! So starting September 1, he will be in training four days a week with my grandaughter Jean riding him during her lessons on the fifth day. Dave says he plans on taking Monty to the state championships by the end of one year of training. I am very happy! I will keep you posted. Monty is a great horse, and good looking also! Many Thanks!
